Cancellation Policy
A 48 hour notice is required to cancel all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Late/same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 50% of the cost of service minus any deposits paid. In the event of a late arrival (15 minutes or more), your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will result in a loss of your deposit. I understand that emergencies happen, however, please be courteous and respectful of my time reserved for you. As I will be respectful of yours!
